BADGES AND ADMITTANCE
ITW 2011 is a private event taking place at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel - the organisers TelCap Ltd, reserve the right to refuse entry to the event including access to elevators, lobby, hotel rooms, restaurants and bars. Attendees not wearing ITW 2011 event badges WILL be stopped by security.
Registration and badge pick-up takes place in the Hotel Lobby, Lobby Level.
BUSINESS CENTRE
FedEx/Kinko’s Business Centre is located on the Mezzanine Level of the hotel. ITW attendees can use the business centre for receiving and sending faxes, scanning, printing, photocopying, using computers, equipment rental and printing business cards.
Hours of operation are:
2.00pm –7.00pm Saturday and Sunday
7:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday
(However, guests can access the copy, fax and computers 24 hours with their room keys)
Please note that ITW has negotiated special rates for attendees during ITW 2011 – to take advantage of these special rates, attendees must use the business centre during normal hours of operation. After this time guests can access the centre with their guestroom keys but will not have access to the special rates.

AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM)
An ATM is available next to the Bell Stand in the Main Lobby and across from the Gift Shop in the hotel
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
The front desk of the hotel will be able to assist with currency exchange. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
BAGGAGE STORAGE/SERVICE
If you need to store your luggage after check out and before you leave the hotel the bellman can assist in the lobby of the hotel. Please note this service extends to personal luggage only.
CONCIERGE SERVICE DESK
Hours of operation are 7:00am- 11:00pm. The concierge will be able to assist with directions, reservations and useful information about the hotel and local area.

There are a number of different food and beverage outlets at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. They include:
Stone’s Throw Restaurant:
Lobby Level: Open from 6.00am to 11.00pm
Offering breakfast and a special ITW buffet lunch for attendees; during the evening an a la carte menu is offered.
Harry’s Pub:
Lobby Level: Open from 11.00am to 1.00am
An English style pub that features a special ITW a la carte lunch menu throughout the event.
Lobby Lounge:
Lobby Level: Open from 6.00am to 12.00 midnight
Serving Illy’s coffee throughout the day, as well as; takeaway pastries, sandwiches, light breakfast, lunch snacks as well as bar service.
Woodley Market:
Lobby Level: Open from 6.00am to 8.00pm

INTERNET ACCESS AND CYBER CAFE
Free of charge internet access is available in all public areas of the hotel including the Lobby, Mezzanine Foyer, Lobby Bar, Atrium and in Halls A, B and C on the Exhibit Level. In all converted meeting rooms on the bedroom floors, delegates can connect to the Marriott Wifi system and enter their guest room number or buy pre-paid Wifi cards from the hotel reception desk.
DEALCENTER
DealCenter is ITW’s online attendee contact and messaging system that includes the list of registered delegates allowing you to view one another's names, titles, companies and industry sectors to set up meetings. If you are not currently on DealCenter, or have any problems with your account visit the DealCenter help desk located in the Atrium on the Exhibit Level of the hotel.
HARGROVE
Hargrove is the official appointed service contractor for ITW 2011. If you have any queries regarding shipping, storage/handling of materials, meeting room signage, exhibit booth/materials or any other services you have ordered, visit the Hargrove service desk located in Hall A, Exhibit Level and a member of the Hargrove team at the desk will be able to help you.
